How does it work?
Polish People sources graduate candidates with a technical bias from Eastern Europe. Candidates are transported to the UK and housed by us close to your site.
A training program is instigated for each role and candidates enrolled onto the course.
All Supertemps are signed for 6- 12 months on contract and guaranteed a minimum of 33 hours work per week.
They are supplied to our clients on a competitive hourly rate, which remains the same however many hours they work. Regardless of whether those hours are days, nights, weekends or bank holidays the rate remains the same making Supertemps the ideal choice for holiday, sickness and overtime cover.
On average the use of SuperTemps saves our clients over £33 per person per day and offers them increased flexibility and performance
